2. How ProjectionPlan Operates (Zero Cookies)
When you browse https://projectionplan.in:
- No Advertising or Tracking Cookies: We do not deploy advertising pixels (such as Google Ads or Meta Pixel), cross-site tracking scripts, or commercial remarketing cookies.
- No Session or Authentication Cookies: Browsing our website does not require an account, login, or persistent session cookie.
- Privacy-Friendly Cookieless Analytics: We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views and Core Web Vitals performance. Vercel Web Analytics is completely cookieless. It does not write to your device's cookies, LocalStorage, or SessionStorage. Unique visitors are calculated using an ephemeral, salted hash of the incoming IP address and User-Agent string, which is immediately discarded and cannot be used to track your browsing across sessions or websites.
- Self-Hosted Google Fonts: All web fonts (Inter, JetBrains Mono) are packaged with the build artifacts and served from our own domain. Your browser makes zero external network requests to Google Font servers.
3. Legal Determination: Why We Do Not Display a Cookie Consent Banner
Under the European Union's ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC) Article 5(3) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Because the ProjectionPlan website does not write, read, or access any cookies, local storage tokens, or terminal identifiers on your device, prior cookie consent is not legally required.
We intentionally avoid displaying generic, intrusive “Accept Cookies” banners because doing so would be misleading to users and create unnecessary friction.
